  2. Review Security Procedures: Wear hi vis vest and closed toe shoes. Take time to review the safety procedures from induction. Identify any areas that could be improved or made more efficient for future events. Encourage feedback from the crowd control security team and staff to enhance safety measures for both staff and attendees.

  3. Stay Alert: Remain vigilant even during bump out, especially in terms of crowd management. Security guards are there to help monitor the dispersal of attendees to prevent overcrowding or potential conflicts. Help keep exit routes are clear and accessible, guards will intervene promptly to address any emerging issues.

  4. Pack up everything before bringing your vehicle to the loading bay to help alleviate traffic congestion. As there is limited car parking in the loading bays this allows everyone to exit on time.
